President/Treasurer: Bob Hudson
Bob Hudson was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.
Graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Worked in the field of commercial construction. Teacher for over twenty years in career and technical education: carpentry, work-based learning, and special education. Five years at Signal Centers, Inc. at the Assistive Technology Center and Adult Services.
Vice-President/Secretary: Pam Hudson
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.
Graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education and a Master's degree in Education: Administration and Supervision. Post-Masters Studies in Educational Leadership. Over forty years in public education as a teacher, consultant, diagnostician, and administrator. Just shy of ten years as Director of Children's Services at Signal Centers, Inc. Currently employed as a part-time Adjunct Instructor at UTC.
Construction Consultant: Poly Brooks
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.
Polly was likely the first female contractor in the Chattanooga and surrounding area. She has completed award winning projects and has completed at least three tiny homes in the area.Â
Ass. Secretary/Legal Consultant Consultant: Jerry Tidwell
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.
Jerry and his wife Dianne own and operate Tidwell and Associates on McCallie Avenue. Jerry graduated from UTC, then the UTK Law School. He has been practicing law for over forty years and has achieved state and national recognition for his work. Jerry and Dianne specialize in Mediation. He is a proud father of three talented sons. Charlie is an Engineer, Luke is a Surgeon and Matt is an Attorney (working with his Dad.)

Lynn Mosier Bryant
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN
Lynn and her husband Kevin have raised 4 beautiful children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and they are now grandparents. Lynn graduated from U.T. Knoxville. She is a former sales manager for Proctor & Gamble and a former fashion consultant and stylist at Worth LTD. Currently, Lynn serves on and is the immediate past chair of the Board of Directors for the Erlanger Foundation.
Bill Kisling
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN
Bill graduated from UT-Chattanooga. He retired after a successful career with Mohawk Industries. Bill is a Renaissance man with an adventuresome spirit who travels the world. He is a pilot and an avid motorcyclist. Bill is and always has been a kind and thoughtful person, focused on the good and positive experiences in this world. He has many stories and looks forward to many more.
